Terms and Conditions

1 General provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Kosovni odvozi s.p. (hereinafter: provider) and the customer for junk removal services and related services.
By ordering a service, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and agree to them.
2 Services
The provider offers the following services:
- Junk removal (furniture, white goods, electronics)
- Space clearing (basements, garages, apartments, business premises)
- Mattress, carpet and textile removal
- Garden waste removal
- Furniture disassembly
- Cleaning after removal
3 Service ordering
Services can be ordered:

The order is confirmed when the provider confirms the appointment and price. The quote is valid for 14 days from issue.
4 Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (where applicable).
- Price is determined based on inspection or photos
- Final price is confirmed before work begins
- Payment is made upon service completion (cash or bank transfer)
- For legal entities, we issue an invoice with payment term
The provider reserves the right to adjust the price if the scope of work significantly differs from what was agreed (e.g., more waste than anticipated).
5 Customer obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Provide access to waste at the agreed time
- Enable parking nearby
- Correctly describe the type and quantity of waste
- Inform of any special circumstances (floor level, narrow passages, etc.)
- Remove personal items from things to be removed
6 Provider obligations
The provider agrees to:
- Arrive at the agreed time (tolerance +/- 30 min)
- Professionally and carefully perform the service
- Properly dispose of waste in accordance with legislation
- Issue an invoice for the service provided
7 Limitation of liability
The provider does not accept responsibility for:
- Damage to items intended for removal
- Lost items in things for removal (customer must check contents before removal)
- Damage caused by incorrect customer information
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather)
For any damage to the property caused by the provider's fault, the provider is liable up to the value of the service provided.
8 Order cancellation
- Customer can cancel the order free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment
- For cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the provider reserves the right to charge 50% of the agreed price
- The provider can cancel the order for justified reasons without liability
9 Items we don't remove
The provider does not remove:
- Hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, explosives)
- Medical waste
- Radioactive materials
- Live animals
- Illegal substances
For hazardous waste removal, we refer you to specialized providers.
10 Complaints
We accept complaints within 8 days of service completion. You can submit a complaint by email or phone. We will respond within 15 days.
11 Personal data protection
Collection and processing of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
12 Dispute resolution
We will resolve any disputes amicably. In case of unsuccessful resolution, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
13 Final provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of publication on the website. The provider reserves the right to change these terms. For orders, the terms valid at the time of ordering apply.
