How long does clearing an apartment take?

A studio or one-room flat is usually cleared in a single day. Larger flats or houses take one to two days.

Can I keep some of the things?

Of course. Before the clearance we agree what you want to keep. You can also set items aside yourself beforehand.

How does a clearance after a death in the family work?

With the utmost discretion. First we walk through the flat, then we hand you the valuables, documents and photographs. The rest we take away.

Do you clean the flat as well?

Basic cleaning (sweeping, dusting) is included. For a deep clean we can recommend a partner.

Do you clear a home after a family member has died?

Yes, we clear homes after a death discreetly and with care. Valuables, documents and photographs are handed to you separately. The rest we take away and dispose of properly.

What does clearing an estate cost?

It depends on the size of the property. A studio flat from €290, a two-room flat from €450, a house by arrangement. The price includes the viewing, the removal and a basic sweep-up.
