Is furniture dismantling included in the price?

Yes, dismantling standard furniture (wardrobes, beds, tables) is included. For fitted wardrobes or more complex jobs we agree the details separately.

How quickly can you come?

In most cases we can arrange collection within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent jobs, same-day collection is possible.

Do you also collect from floors with no lift?

Yes, we collect from every floor. For flats above the 4th floor with no lift we check what is possible first.

Where does the old furniture go?

We sort it. Wood goes for processing, metal parts are recycled, and usable pieces are donated to charities.

Do I have to be there during the collection?

Not necessarily. If you arrange access to the furniture for us, we can do the job while you are out.
